Hi, I've experienced a little blocker. Shortly after finishing the Lament quest I've found an Entropic Shard in Creation. I've shot it and it disappeared as it should. Yesterday, I've received an "Aspect of Destruction" quest requiring to destroy all 9 entropic shards. I did it, but he one from Creation wasn't counted. I've checked all the locations once again and all 9 are destroyed but only 8 are counted. What can I do to receive a quest progression and missing triumph?
