I need help, I bought the season pass plus some sliver in the xbox store, but when i go to the seasons tab on the xbox one, it shows up like i down have it. Even though, i got a receipt for it, i tried buying just sliver and once again nothing happens. So what should i do? Because there is no customer service either? I have the season pass on ps4 too so why cant i get it on the xbox one? I really wanna have it too. :/ Should i just do a refund, please someone help.
