Winters guile is an underused bad exotic for a reason. Increasing damage for warlock melees is just not good enough with the lack of builds to support it. I feel like it would be the best time to make it into a stasis related exotic potentially buffing the shadebinder some way. It’s exotics like this that get no use which would greatly benefit from a rework.
