I pre ordered beyond light and got no rewards! As I've looked at every video and with some having the same problem all I would like is my items that come with pre order and than my situation is solved

Are you playing on Steam? If so, try right clicking Destiny in the Steam menu and click Properties. Go to "DLC" and make sure the Beyond Light Pre-Order pack is installed.

Im on xbox atm and I've check my purchases history but it said I've purchased it and I have beyond light but none of my pre order items have popped up I've tried everything from checking YouTube to exo stranger but nothing

Not at all. I'd encourage you to make a new post if they are unable to resolve the issue, but I do believe they are capable of resolving it for you.

Where should I make the post bc I just got off of a talk with a support and they keep telling me to check purchases which I've done but still no items
