Hello. The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. If you have sent an appeal, that is all you are able to do at this point. Please review the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned. For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy here.`

Yeah this is how you lose a community and partly why there isnt much of one currently They need to revamp this and actually dedicate people to responding or making an automated system to inform them of the reasons for the ban(the gaming world has this tech why not bungie?). Regardless these are people in the games community and every one deserves a damn response. I am so sick of seeing people banned and them never getting a response as to why, especially ones who follow the rules and only support the company and have for years.(so they can not do it again etc etc) Its the most out dated way of handling these situations and all it does is make people mad. I know you likely have no status in the company to state ideas or give them our feedback (not like they care or would listen anyway) but man it's so stupid.
