Xbox series s random hard crashes to boot screen! Help!
After the next gen patch i've benn getting tandom hard crashes to the xbox boot screen on my Xbox series s.
Haven't experienced the issue on series x yet.
Have tried reinstalling, reformatted the xbox and still getting the crash randomly.
Also noticed the video options in series s return back to default, but fov slider reyains the configuration.

Bump. Please bungie at least acknowledge there is a problem with these random crashes

Bungie, What's the point of this forum if we are not going to acknowledge the ongoing issues reported here.

Same thing happening on my Series X. Had it happen twice in about 8 hours on Tuesday but it happened everyone 3-4 crucible games on Wednesday. Xbox Support told me it wasn't a hardware issue and that Bungie would patch it. I don't believe it's a Bungie issue because my friend hasn't had a single problem on his Series X

Here's a video of it happening after login oit from my hunter going to my titan and just launching the cosmodrome.
