After a stinging defeat at the hands of HYDRA, the OIA has regrouped in a basement in Offtopic somewhere. Fortunately, we have the element of secrecy, and HYDRA doesn't know where we are. We have started advanced training for our combat units, one of which we now send on our op. The OIA is currently not strong enough to take on HYDRA, but we could conduct a raid on AIM, which would allow us to secure valuable technology.
