Says our ban is suppose to be lifted on 12/16/2020 at 9:38pm. It's now 12/17/2020 and I STILL can't change our clan name from prison numbers. This is beyond ridiculous. If it's a permanent ban, why is it masked in a temp ban? You don't tell us WHY we got banned, just that our profile violated t&c's... ok so we change the wording of our mission statement thinking that's what it must be. Then we get a 2nd week long ban that very same day we came back, but the violation changed. Now we assume it's our name, even though it's been the same since DAY 1... and now our temporary ban isn't being lifted like it's suppose to. This is absolutely unfair and I really wish someone actually cared about what's happening... a LOT of time, energy, and dedication has gone into making our clan what it is today. And we're a growing family helping so many achieve what the hc players always see. And over a word that hasn't been considered a swear word in, I don't know, ever years.
