Sniper Jitter?
Has this always been there for snipers? I have been finding it really distracting lately while trying to snipe and was wondering if the team knows about this.

I had this with cloudstrike. It was shaking like a tweaker. I didn't clip it though sadly

I see the same; the scope indeed jitters while strafing.

I’ve seen it, except I might be going insane by saying I think I’ve seen it elsewhere other then Europa, but that could just be some lie.
