Shoulder Charge (seismic strike) whiff rate
Stasis had killed the light based classes and on top of that my light subclasses are riddled with problems. I just want my shoulder charge to connect but it whiffs so frequently theres no point in even using it at all, but I F****** want to damn it.

No thanks. Shoulder charge is just fine. The only thing I like less than shotgunners B-lining people is a Titan that gives a really rough cold shoulder when I spam the hug emote.
