Flawless was not counted
Flawless triumph did not count in GoS. There is a mark on the raid report, but the triumph was not issued in the game. https://prnt.sc/wh2nrb

1 ReplyAll 6 members must join the raid at the start and never leave the entire raid from start to finish for it to count correctly. I had this happen on DSC going for the flawless shader someone joined last after getting a bounty.
