Placed an order on December 20th, paid for 3 day shipping and have yet to receive my order or an email updating me on the status of my order. Even created a ticket a week ago and haven't heard from them. They don't even have a number you can call, just some 2nd rate site where you can't even create an account with a Microsoft email (which is the email I use on my Bungie account). This is so unorganized. Please, save yourself the hassle and order from a different site.
