First I’d like to say that I’m not dumping on destiny. It’s my second favourite franchise after legend of Zelda. I just want to see this game succeed and become the best it can be. FYI this is a repost. I keep getting my posts downvoted and buried and I’m going to keep reposting until I’m heard. TL;DR at the end. Sorry to those of you who are offended by anything I say or those of you who have seen this before. Also sorry in advance for the grammatical errors but I’m too lazy to proofread this post since it’s so long and I will be adding new items when they appear and taking away what’s no longer relevant. First up are issues that effect gameplay. We are missing many bounties. Arc and solar kills, and hand cannon and sub machine gun kills being the most notable. The weekly burns aren’t rotating properly. The portal to the dreaming city’s central area(the one where you get to the shattered throne. I forget what it’s called) from harbingers seclude is missing. Many exotics aren’t working properly. Though most of them are known issues so I won’t write them here. Just a reminder to please fix them. Also I’ve been getting the same strike two times in a row or sometimes I’ll get the same strike every other run. This never used to happen to me. Ever since you sunset half your game this has been an issue. And while I enjoy the shorter load times I don’t see any other benefits from the sunset. Either fix the algorithm or add more strikes. This was one of the only destiny one issues I didn’t have to deal with in this game. My game keeps crashing in the menus when I’m changing armor shaders and ornaments. You can’t always talk to failsafe. Also the gravity lifts on Europa and tangled shore don’t always work either. On the corrupted strike at the large pit you have to jump down the portal doesn’t appear. It seems like you fail to transition into the ascendant realm when you enter the area. There are a plethora of visual issues that I’m frankly tired of looking at. I’ve been waiting for bungie to fix the air trial visuals of Hecuba-s since it came out. That isn’t the only sparrow with problems either. Many of them have bugged air trials or brake lights. Many hunter helms clip with cloaks. I can’t use an item with bad visuals like that. It drives me crazy. In addition many warlock cloaks clip with the leg armor. Many ships don’t have an engine trial or lights that are not working. While this isn’t as bad visually it’s still annoying Thunderlords sights are maligned. It looks terrible. The hunter ornament for chthonic grips is bugged. The armor glow for the hand bones doesn’t show in first person. That’s been broken since launch. I’ve probably forgotten quite a few since there are so many and while most of these aren’t game breaking, getting them fixed would be a huge quality of life improvement. As far as gameplay improvements go I’d like to see the return of faction vendors for dead orbit, new monarchy, and future war cult. As well as the return of artifacts and strike specific loot. I’d also like to see the titan exotic Icefall mantle have an option to cancel the ability early. As well as a visual cool down timer for warlock’s void blink. While I don’t mind the idea of sun setting considering it came as standard in D1 for weapons, you shouldn’t sunset half your game if you’re not going to add more loot and activities. I’ve been with destiny since day one of the first game and I want to see this game succeed. Nothing else is as engaging as this game is but destiny 2 has been lacking since it came out. Bungie please fix your shit. I’ve been nice about it before with no results and no replies. I love this game but it’s been very difficult to enjoy it with all the issues that have been cropping up. TL;DR (personally I’ll be a bit offended if you skip my post but I felt it necessary for the people who don’t like to read) Destiny has been an amazing franchise but bungie’s letting the ball drop. This game is nowhere near as good as it could be and I’ve detailed many bugs and ideas I’d like to see happen that you probably haven’t seen if you’re reading this first.
