I recently started cross save and I selected my ps4 account not knowing it was bugged. I got silver to help with my season ranks before I noticed that I couldn’t get a higher light level than 1210 and nothing dropped, including pinnacle and prime engrams, to help get that higher. Never had this problem on steam. If possible, I need to discontinue cross save and stay on steam because I currently can’t play the game because of how low I am compared to the events i want to play in
