Bungie can't do anything about Sunsetting. They put themselves in a position where everyone will be upset no matter what they do. If they keep going with Sunsetting, people will get frustrated that Bungie is asking them to grind content for rewards that they already had to do a year ago. But if they go back on Sunsetting, then people will get upset because they deleted a bunch of weapons and armor that they thought would be obsolete. There is no solution to this massive hole Bungie has dug for themselves. If they keep going people will get burnt out, if they go back people will feel robbed.
