Can't equip Mindvault ornament
Recently acquired the Mindvault ornament for the An Insurmountable Skullfort Titan helmet via Bright Engram and when I go to equip the ornament it says "Requires Mod Item". It still has the item available for me to purchase, as if I don't own the ornament.

Hi. Thanks for your report. Records show that you don't own this ornament, which is why you can't equip it. We're currently investigating this issue since you shouldn't see the ornament if you don't own it.
