Hello, did 2 mercy passages flawless runs this weekend, but I only got 1 hand cannon, and I should had gotten 2. Is there any way I can get 1 random rolled adept igneous hammer into my ingame mail since I have earned it but due to a bug I didnt got it?

I had the same thing happen to me when the adept astral horizon was out, I think you have to change the passage in order to get another one, at least that's what worked for me that weekend.

Do you mean to change it for another and then pick up the mercy passage again? Or just do another different passage?

I used a different passage cause I used the same one twice and only got one from the flawless chest till I switched passages.

I just did a different passage and that worked but I'll try switching them then switching back this weekend and let you know if that works.
