When will Bungie _FIX_ the FPS Issues on PC instead of "listening" and "hearing".
When will you revert the change you did that introduced all these problems.
Stop "Gathering information" and "Listening" and "Hearing" and start reverting whatever change you did that wasn't fully tested.
Treyarch can fix a performance issue in 24 hours while you "Listen" and "Hear" for 3 months without doing anything.

Try disabling your d2 shader cache, fixed all my issues.
