How can we better help you report players who repeatedly harass/bully and are suspected of cheating against/ddossing other players? It's hard to track down their account when they constantly change gamertags and/or put their bungie account to private, and even if we do get a report that action has been taken, they come back with alt accounts until their mains are unsuspended.
