SCAMMED BY BUNGIE

When Destiny 2 came out, I played it constantly, and eventually bought the DLC. But, due to the fact that I didn't know anyone who played, I stopped playing a few months later. Now, has I return, I hoped to play with my friends who just got Destiny 2 for the first time. So, I go to Blizzard.net, and see that Destiny has migrated over to Steam. I think to myself "ok, let me go and transfer my data real quick!". I go to Bungie.net, in an attempt to transfer my data, and after spending over 100 DOLLARS on the game, I get told to go -blam!- myself. It is absolute bullshit that I have to reacquire all the DLC and items that I once had, because this company decided to stop giving a -blam!- about returning players. I am extremely disappointed, and will make sure my friends return their copies, and to never buy a Bungie product again. Disgusting.

  • It’s not Bungie’s fault you don’t read your e-mail.
You are receiving this email as we've identified your account as an owner of Destiny 2 on Battle.net. Destiny 2 developer and publisher, Bungie, has announced that the Destiny 2 service will be transferring to a new PC platform on October 1, 2019. Blizzard and Bungie are committed to making this transition as simple and seamless as possible for the Destiny 2 PC community. You will be able to migrate your Guardians, gear, game progress, product licenses and Silver currency balance from Battle.net at no cost. Please note you will lose access to Destiny 2 if you choose not to migrate to the new platform. The last date that Destiny 2 will be accessible via Battle.net is September 30, 2019.
Good luck on returning the game after all this time.

  • They warned people a while back they weren't going to be connected to Blizzard (or however you call it) and to transfer your data at that time. It's your fault you didnt do or make sure you weren't going to lose any of it
