Special ammo economy
Something has to be done. Just check trials report even, you’ll see that it’s clearly oversaturated.

Make it so special weapon kills dont spawn special ammo bricks in crucible. Normal people who use their primaries can still get plenty of ammo, but people who use special weapons all the time cant sustain that kind of playstyle.
