3 Loot Chests Appeared (Nessus)
I was killing fallen in The Cistern on Nessus and 3 loot chests spawned in at the exact same time right next to each other after killing 3 of them.
These were regular fallen (red bar health) and the loot chests were the same type as the ones from wanted enemies or public events.
