I shared a video to my twitter feed about a new bug showing up for the Tower Vendors, e.g. Rahool & Shaxx. In the video you see Rahool will show up and appear to not have any inventory nor can you see any key commands. By pressing the [i]back[/i] I get a separate overlay for Rahool that just says [i][b]skip[/b][/i] like he had a cutscene or some dialog for me to read. If you hit skip it will bring up the same thing where you are only prompted to skip the blank screen. If you hit skip again you finally are taken to his inventory. Is this a known issue or something new?
