Hey there,
Please note that there is no merging of accounts
If you are referring to cross save, dlcs are only usable on the account and platform that purchased them. You will need to purchase the license on the new platform account as well.

No the PlayStation 5 I never bought any of the dlc on Xbox

What platform are you trying to play on? It looks like you set up cross save but you have selected your Xbox account as the primary account.
