Is this a new system? Do you only have issues with running D2? I have the same card but worst cpu and I’m able to play maxed out 4K/60. My friend had a similar problem, his issue stemmed from a poorly performing power supply. Check your power settings, make sure you’re not in any power saving modes.

I built it a year ago but never switched the power supply. I'm gonna check the power settings and if that doesn't work I might just get a new one.

I built my system about a year ago as well. I’m a complete novice when it comes to building PCs, so I watched a video on YouTube that explained all the settings that need to be changed to get maximum performance.
