Yeah I was going to try. Then saw LFG and decided nope. Day two of the raid and the entire LFG looks like this:
VOG. Have clears. KWTD!!!!! Checking stats. Get kicked.
I play PVE and PVP and I’ll take the toxic pvp community over these elitist douche bags any day.

Not my overall view of LFG. Use it all the time, mostly good experience. But if you’re asking for kwtd and have clears on the 2nd day a raid is out. Then yes, I would say you’re an elitist Dbag.
-
Well kwtd doesnt really mean much, it just mean be familiar with the mechanics, I think it is the least you can do if you want to have a chance at completing it. Unless you plan on going blind, I have seen posts like that as well I spent all evening yesterday on LFG and most post were LFxM fresh VoG I have also seen people asking for 10+ clears on day 2, hey, whatever they want, there are plenty of teams out there whose requirements are not that steep. I joined all my LFG groups yesterday and not a single one of them asked me for previous completions, or raid report etc, my profile was on private so I know they couldnt have checked it, yet, I joined, nobody was toxic. All 3 teams I joined where the same, very nice experience overall.

Edited by Busch: 5/24/2021 7:04:42 PMIs there a difference if one is capitalized KWTD or just kwtd. I always thought it meant kan weally talk dumb
-
In my case no, I just forgot to put in in Capitals, acronyms should always go in capital letters if I remember correctly. ;)
-
Its funny how always people tell how pvpers are elitist and toxic, that maybe, but my darn are pve elitist even worse.
I play PVE and PVP and I’ll take the toxic pvp community over these elitist douche bags any day.
In my experience sherpa’ing D1, I’ve come to understand that particular species of douche is an incompetent shithead who needs actual skills to carry them.

I’ve seen very few posts like that and the ones that are like that have every right to be. You can put up your own post with whatever requirements you want.

Checked plenty of times and all I saw was this. Yep you’re right. They have the right to post whatever they want. I can make a post requiring that everyone have 1000 clears and never die or get kicked. You’re right. It’s my right. It’s also my right to assume that you’re one of these lifeless D bags that make these post based on the fact that you’re all too touchy about it and minimizing how bad it is on LFG.

There were more posts over the weekend than I've ever seen and only a few asked for "clears" or "kwtd". Those who are further along should absolutely seek out those who are further along. No one's minimizing, you're 100% exaggerating.
-
Unfortunately most of the people here share the same idea, that the world is against them or something like that, I dont get what they are trying to accomplish though, its weird for me.
-
Yep. I went in to VOG multiple times with the intent of giving it ago. Seen multiple post of people trying to get it done for the first time. Then decided instead of doing it I will come on the forums Monday while at work and lie about the lfg posts I saw just to be an ass. Got me.......

Do you know the definition of exaggerating? Maybe focus less on the posts not directed at you and instead on the TOTALITY of posts, such as those mentioning first time, guides, or teaching.
