I would def recommend r/destinysherpa if you have reddit, it's an entire community of people who want to be taught raids and people who are willing to teach, and they also have a discord with an lfg channel that anyone can find groups in, totally changed my raid experience in this game

    I'll second that - my experiences with them have been great. Especially the GOS/Divinity run. I just wish there were a similar thing for "done it but still learning" people - most of the r/ sherpas only want people who have never done the raid, and I don't want to get b*tched at or kicked by an impatient LFG group because I forgot some magic sequence that I've only done once...
