No its because the way of teamwork and competition has changed. Now it's "everyone gets a trophy! Thanks for participating! Even though you didn't do shit or were benched the whole game!" The same concept also is applying in video games like this one. You really see it in crucible matchmaking algorithms with the leader board and the end of a match. And if you don't believe me go look on Twitter, reddit, YouTube etc. One or two guys play really good and the rest were playing like heaping piles of dung. Point is just because your on the team doesn't mean let the best players do all the work, everyone should be evenly working together, not saddle bagging.
