Years ago, I posted on the forums: “ raid noob who has never raided before, but will try my best, looking for friendly low stress players to teach and lead me, and have FUN!!
Got invited by a group of guys from across the country from me who all knew each other. They instantly became my best gamer friends ever. Starting with original VoG in D1 up til now...same crew. Still laughing and joking through the whole raid 7+ years later.
So yea, good groups are out there. Try and find one, or try to be one, because it’s definitely worth it.
And if you end up in a toxic group, leave immediately. It’s not worth staying.

Those experiences and those kinds of groups are very rare. I'd say 75% of my lfg experiences have been bad. I've seen it all. Racism, greifing, insults for zero reason. I'm glad I have a group of fellas to roll with and don't have to go to lfg.

When I did the three NFs for Truth, I had to pit up with literal 12yos ranting about their favorite P*Stars. Would have left it they weren’t the only group I found doing it

Lol. Honestly I cant deal. I won't play with teens and immature people or aggressive people. If I ever need to make a post I set the tone and expectations. I enjoy carrying and teaching

That’s amazing. I’m jealous. Finding a non-toxic, welcoming raid group is next to impossible.
