My raid team just finished VoG after completing the Vex Mythoclast Catalyst puzzles. However, when we did the final plate, before we got to the portal, one of the players who didn't have Vex Mythoclast used their super to get to the portal first and touched it. By the time the people who actually have the Mythoclast got to it, the portal had vanished without rewarding a Catalyst for completion. We tried reactivation of the last plate to no avail. We completed the raid and hoped that the Catalyst would have been delivered to our postmaster, but were left with no Catalyst. I don't know if this was intended to happen, but it left a bitter taste in our mouths since we guided players through the raid to get the Bitterpearl shader as well as teach them how to do the Catalyst puzzles, only to be screwed over by a thundercrash Titan who didn't have the gun to begin with.
