In the new Vault of Glass, they are just a benign white and leave white puddles instead.
As a result, their puddles are much harder to see which seems unintentional as they are probably fanatics copy pasted from the public event.
They look way better in green than white, so could you please patch them back to their intended color?

....this isn't a complaint right, like i refuse to believe this is a legitimate complaint from a real human
-
They did it on purpose as they just repurposed the normal Fanatics that spawn in D2 for the raid. They were lazy and brought over the bare minimum and changed some mechanics for some reason
-
I find this to be better. If you're smart you'll tell the difference between Ridts, Witherhoard, and Fanatics' pools. I know I can. But if the rest of you who are incompetent cant then here's a reminder: Witherhoard pools are larger and have a large bubble in the center. Healing Rifts are flat and have a defined perimeter about them. Empowering Rifts swirl. Fanatic pools are static. If any of you tell me in a combat situation you cant tell them apart then I counter with: you made my point. You deserve to be marked! Situational Awareness is a lacking feature among PvP players and PvE players alike! It's a damned crying shame.

We went from piss to coom
-
I think they look more fitting now, but I kinda wish they were easier to tell apart from rifts and witherhoard

Edited by Kahrna: 5/31/2021 4:20:55 PMThat was a design choice, can’t find the redit thread but someone was going on about the same thing. The dev that went forward with that change commented saying “glad you like it!” I don’t mind it, it’s not too hard too see as long as it’s not covered by a whither horde
-
The whit makes more sense cause the fanatics are essentially supposed to have a conflict inside of them
-
These fanatics drink less orange juice
-
Inwouldnt say the puddles are hard to see. Even just being white they are pretty obvious.
-
I remember I always used to call the pools Mountain Dew in d1 haha. I was much younger then that’s probably why.
-
They're a blue color, similar to the color themes of the Vault of Glass during Age of Triumph.
-
I’d be alright with it, if they weren’t so hard to distinguish from Witherhoard pools
-
It’s a different animation for the fanatic puddles in VoG then anywhere else, both are now though.
-
It’s hard to tell the difference between rifts and witherhoard shots. They really should make them green
-
Get marked because I need to pick up heavy ammo

Agreed. And the oracles looked cooler in D1
