All of my DLC is gone
All of my DLC I've purchased has been taken away from me and is saying I have to re purchase it, I refuse to spend even more money on dlc stuff that can apparently be taken away at a moments notice

Go into your purchase history or game management options and download the licenses again. If that does not work and your account does not show anything then contact your platform's support as they not Bungie control game licences.
