Outbreak perfected catalyst
How do I currently get the outbreak perfected catalyst since the farm is gone seems pretty messed up to remove it and not add another way of getting it like strikes or crucible yet we can still get the weapon as I just have

Outbreak Perfected's catalyst is currently unavailable as the location where you earn it has been removed. It is not alone in this regard. Bungie said they'd return these orphaned catalysts to the game in a later season.
