Pearl of glass triumph not working
I got all of the collectibles and when I hover on the triumph where it shows each one of them they all say that they are completed but it does not let me complete it or give me the shader as if I was still missing one.
Update: I went back to all the locations of the crystals and on one of the spots where I had already collected it another crystal appeared and it finally let me complete it.

I am having issue when I go to ninth spot and I see it’s not there and Ik I picked it up and the triumph for mine is glitched and I want it to be fixed

It can’t be complete if you are missing one. According to your triumphs, you appear to be missing #6. This is in the small cave on the left after beating Templar (i.e. the old d1 spirit bloom chest area). Can you provide a video of you beating templar & checking in this hole?
