Do something against Special ammo economy or disable Special ammo scavenger in pvp

Edited by Gravezero: 7/24/2021 9:36:19 PMOnly precision primary shots should drop special. The timer for it to be picked up should be 10 seconds. Everyone only starts with 1 round. Scavenger mods disabled in PvP.
