how do i remove my xbox account from my bungie, i just bought the legendary edition for ps4 i used to play on pc so all of my progress is on there and to my understanding i cant use cross save without verifying the accounts mine? i have lost that xbox account years ago and tried contacting microsoft multiple times to try and get it back to no avail whatsoever. all i want to do is play destiny again

Unfortunately Bungie is unable to manually remove accounts for you. If you are unable to access an account to authenticate it; the only way to activate cross save would be on a totally new profile. You would need to create a Bungie.net profile and link all of your other accounts (minus the one you can’t authenticate) to the new profile, leaving the old profile abandoned.
