Today's the 9th of August 2021, I just went over to Ada-1 to buy mods when I noticed that after buying Trace Rifle Loader, I could buy another. The red "Already Owned" prompt didn't appear. I actually did click again, and I got the mod again, paying the full price of 10 Mod Components. I can't buy a 3rd time because I'm short on Mod Components, but the "Already Owned" indicator still doesn't show. I don't know if I actually had the mod before this incident unfortunately. Going onto my gauntlets, I wanted to see if applying the mod was any different. It applied with no problems. The only thing that was off is that there was a little number 2 on the mod, as if it was a stack. I've never seen that on any other mod ever. I also checked in the collections, and the little 2 wasn't there. Just to clarify, I don't think this is a connectivity or lag issue from my end. Tl;dr is I can repeatedly buy Trace Rifle Loader mods from Ada-1 today (9th August 2021) for the full cost of 10 Mod Components. It seems to be stacked when I go to equip the mod on my arms.
