Getting this error after battleye starts

This has been reported on Windows 8 and 10 as well.
Reinstalls haven't helped, replacing dll hasn't worked, reportedly upgrading to Windows 10 has had some success but also some failures.
Patience is required, but silence isn't

Our issue made it to the top of the issue list in todays TWAB, so we have some progress, however shallow it may be.

check your anti-virus software, I was having that issue a while back and if its the same thing it crops up from time to time, I use avast and they have a quarantine section that you can see if they are holding the file, I haven't ever gotten a good answer other than its some kinda false positive.
