Getting this error after battleye starts

This has been reported on Windows 8 and 10 as well.
Reinstalls haven't helped, replacing dll hasn't worked, reportedly upgrading to Windows 10 has had some success but also some failures.
Patience is required, but silence isn't

Our issue made it to the top of the issue list in todays TWAB, so we have some progress, however shallow it may be.

Bungie get your fking sht together, I've already stopped playing other games such as Modern Warfare who are stopping support for Win7. No, I don't need you to tell me to upgrade to 10 cause it's "better" and more "secure". If I want every single virus on the internet to invade my privacy and steal my private info that's my -blam!- business, not yours. If you want to lose a bunch of customers who have bought items in your shop and were planning to buy more, keep going down this route, and fk you alongside every other dev that pulls this sht.
