Darkness decrypted not working.
Tyra Karn mission is not at the helm.
Can't decrypt anything now without completing that part.

If you've never unlocked the Recaster on any character then you can do so in season 15 by progressing the Wayfinder's Voyage I quest up to step 3. However, if you previously unlocked the Recaster on a character then alts and new characters won't be able to obtain Decrypting the Darkness.
