So I logged into play destiny 2 on my pc but it was saying my steam account has no characters even tho i had cross save on please help

Ya so i use to have it enabled but disabled it bc it wasnt working so now i got to wait 90 days. Is there anyway that it could be enabled early so i aint stuck playing destiny 2 on trash console?
