Since global reach got increased to 3 energy cost, I tried to use strength of rasputin (Gain melee energy when you collect a warmind cell) as an alternative. I normally use stasis on my titan, and I found that I'll just bump into them like normal when I should be collecting them while this mod is equipped. I then switched to a void subclass to do today's vanguard strikes and I was able to collect the cells. I tried it out in a lost sector and the same thing happened. I created a cell, ran into it with stasis on, nothing happened, then switched to a light subclass and was able to collect it. It's not just strength of rasputin that is affected by this, it also happens with chosen of the warmind. I'm using heart of inmost light as my exotic, if that helps at all.
