Why isn’t there an Asian at bungie? Or for that manner a Hispanic at bungie? Every where I go these days people say they want to be inclusive but get flipping mad when you ask why they don’t include us and get all defensive like you’re insulting the black culture. I mean if the point of being inclusive to help eliminate bias people is to get a singular group together; it becomes by definition, singling out a group of people… which is biased. It’s an oxymoron.
Also, there was someone on the forums earlier complaining his name was removed because it violated the policy. His name? Blakkperson. So, you’re telling me with your Accessible Bungie announcement that not even a Blakkperson can keep this name and be part of the Black at Bungie group?
Besides me thinking all this is all a screwed up view of race equally, bungie won’t even let a statement of who they are be in the game when they have a whole forum for it; is again… oxymoron.

Edited by KayOsS882: 9/30/2021 8:52:19 PMif you have skills that the company is looking for, then you’re qualify to work there. With that said, Even if you’re qualified, that doesn’t mean you should automatically have the job. Hiring someone is not only dependent on their skills but also how they fit within the companies culture, their work history (if you have skills but is a cancer to the team, your skills are worthless), how they work with others, etc… those are as important as skills regardless of the race and gender.
