There have been previous dmca strikes regarding music in destiny 2 (https://www.theloadout.com/twitch/employee-dmca-strike) and I turn in game music off completely to avoid this while streaming. With the recent court win over the fired producer are we clear to now stream destiny 2 with in game music without worry of a dmca strike? Or is it still a good idea to turn it all off to avoid a dmca strike?

Is there any chance that Bungie can use non-copyrighted music OR confirm before usage that streamers can re-stream without being struck with a copyright claim. Even though I'm non-monetised I have had to mute big chunks of the reveal reaction due to the music in use as the copyright holder denied my fair-use claim that it was part of a reaction video because during the 30 seconds that their music was used for, I didnt say anything....
