Hiyo! I did a little poking around and found out that this is where im supposed to put in issues I've had. Im not sure if this is applicable, but i did the throne of glass raid with a bunch of my pals within the first 2 days of release, and because of that we all unlocked the exclusive throne of glass ring. I ordered mine and said i would like it to be size 9, but when i got it, it was over 5 sizes too big, and didn't actually fit on most ring size charts. I sent in a support ticket on Aug 27, 2021 at 3:10 PM, and to this date (10-4-21) i haven't got a response. Im kinda desperate at this point cause i did spend over 100$ for the ring itself.
