I have completed the harbinger triumph in the shattered realm, but it isn’t showing as completed. Yet my screen constantly flashes that I have a triumph to collect. Can you fix this please?

Hi there! According to the game API, you have not claimed the data cache related to this triumph. If this is not the case, can you please provide a screenshot of where the data cache was as well as a screenshot of your triumph? Please upload all screenshots to a public source, such as IMGUR.
