HI I purchased Foresaken and do not understand how to start the campaign. I have tried looking for the first mission in the map or with Amanda but nothing. Does the campaign still exist?

The Forsaken campaign is started by starting the Last Call quest on the Tangled Shore. If you don't see a quest on the Tangled Shore then check the quest archive in the Tower next to the Postmaster.
