That's how you do an Anniversary celebration, Bungie.

Halo/Xbox just turned 20 years old. How are they celebrating it? By releasing their heavily anticipated game half a month before the given date as a surprise, for free. What do you guys do? Ask for money. And only for a three man's mission, in which the objective is to obtain a recycled weapon. Sure, add to that a tiny set of cosmetic aspects. My point is, if you haven't realised, you are asking for money so we can celebrate you, while others are giving their game for free as a celebration. For free. And it's not just any game, it's the game that is going to decide the future of Halo' s franchise. "You all are invited to my birthday party, but gotta pay for it, it should be 30 bucks, thank you". That is really low Bungie, like really, really low. Keep going like that and you are going to lose a bunch of your dedicated player base. And I know how Bungie is a company and they gotta monetize and get incomes , sure sure. But Microsoft/343i is also a company guys. Man, did Bungie turned greedy.

  • They released a free Multiplayer, like most big companies seem to do these days. You still have to pay for the Campaign, the Premium Season Pass and the Cosmetics, if you want them. Destiny 2 is free at base as well, and you have to pay for Campaign or other Add-Ons. I don't see the difference.
