I'm trying to help my friend get Ager's Scepter and after doing 3 sets of Anchors for the Tracing the Stars quests she doesn't have any quests to continue towards getting Ager's Scepter. I know we have one more set of Anchors to complete, the ones through the portal, but she doesn't have a quest stating that's what she needs to do. I can't find any information online about what she needs to do next, and I can't remember from when I did it. I feel like I didn't have to do Wayfinder's Voyage before getting Ager's Scepter but I could be misremembering. She doesn't have any missing quests in the quest terminal and she can't talk to Mara or anything so I'm just wondering if we should be rushing Wayfinder's Voyage to get the last Tracing the Stars/A Hollow Coronation part, or if it's bugged and we need to try something else.
