Haven't received emblem redemption email

I ordered the Tricorn Pin from the Bungie Store on December 1st and it arrived on the 8th. It said the email for the "Triple Tip" emblem would be sent to me either on the 10th or before the 10th of December. It is now the 11th and it's almost 10PM EST. What do I do? Is there an answer for this or am I just paranoid? Usually, Bungie does well with these email things...
